😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• Hung Like a Bony (4-win streak) now six points clear at the top.
• Spray and Neverleusen (7th and 8th) present a pair of 80+ scores (2 of the 4 this weekend).
• Smash & Grab with the highest losing score for the third time in four weeks!

🫣 Next week’s One to Watch:
Vanishing Spray -v- El Dude Bros, 7th v 5th.
GW7: Spray 51½ – 51½ El Dude
Because how can you ignore a rematch after a tie?

Championship

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• The Phenoms hang on to first place by the skin of their teeth. Mbuemo (TP) outscored Cunha (SWP) by a half-point in the final match of the week. The Phenoms scored more goals (4v1); SWP left a lot on the bench (3 goals, 40½FPts)!
• Uncle Monty get their first-ever win over Slots Fired (Pld 7, L 6), and pull level on on 24 Points (.533)
• Barons unlucky not to go top after fifth-straight win over Gnonto Seed (now Pld 26: W13, D1, L12).

🫣 Next week’s One to Watch:
The Phenoms -v- Slots Fired, 1st v 3rd
GW7: Phenoms 54 – 71½ Slots
Slots Fired are next to attempt to slow down The Phenoms. A double feature as the managers also meet next weekend in the Dynasty Legaue too.
Form:

League One

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• Stafford Stallions scored seventy-eight, somehow still suffered significant setback! No-one has scored that much and lost since Season 9 , GW29 (Smash & Grab 87 – 83 Boss).
• Last season’s Wooden Spooners – Whiskey De Bruyne – are now alone as the team with the most league wins this season. (WDB: 13 wins, Beedle’s & Hung: 12 wins, 3x: 11 wins).
• Team of the Week Jaysokker are the first team to pass 200 total Key Passes. They also have the most Tackles Won (145), most Interceptions (104) and second-most Assists (25). But, unfortunately, despite having a strong midfield engine they are struggling to find the net (13 goals, ranked 38th/40). Sounds like a case of Crouching Striker, Hidden Wagon.

🫣 Next week’s One to Watch:
Shams Army -v- Jaysokker, 4th v 7th
GW7: Army 78 – 51½ JSokk
Shams Army – playing a CL QF 2nd Leg, 10 straight wins in all competitions, has won this fixture the last seven times, against Jaysokker – who just scored 88!
Form:

League Two

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• Beedle’s Boys extend lead at the top with their biggest score of the season. Now second in the Best-ish table.
• FPL Daddy resurgent with fourth win on the trot to hold on to promotion place.
• Goleta hold on for revenge win as Casemiro & Dorgu underachieve again for AIJP in final game of the week.

🫣 Next week’s One to Watch:
Beedle’s Boys -v- BattleVAR Galactico, 1st v 2nd
GW6: BB 56½ – 84 BVAR
Is it too early to suggest this could be a six-pointer at the top?
